Requirements & 3D design
We define the application, dimensions, component layout, material and finish before production begins.

Integrated manufacturing
Metal fabrication and electromechanical assembly turn project requirements into finished, inspected systems.
The Meklet process
See the complete enclosure journey together - from engineering and fabrication through finishing, assembly, inspection and protected delivery.
Four disciplined stages
Every enclosure follows the same disciplined sequence, so quality is controlled from the first requirement to final delivery.
We define the application, dimensions, component layout, material and finish before production begins.
Laser cutting, CNC bending and controlled welding turn approved drawings into an accurate enclosure.
Prepared metal receives its specified powder finish before mechanical and electrical components are fitted.
Every completed product is checked, protected and prepared for safe delivery to the customer.
CAD
Every enclosure begins as a complete 3D model, resolved around its dimensions, application, component layout, mounting points and openings. Material and sheet thickness are then specified for strength, corrosion resistance, environment and finish - solving production challenges before fabrication begins.
CAD · Engineering · SpecificationCNC programming
Approved components are programmed and nested to maximize sheet utilization and reduce waste. Our fiber laser then produces panels, mounting holes, ventilation, cable entries and complex cut-outs with clean edges, high accuracy and dependable repeatability.
CNC programming · Sheet nesting · Fiber laserProgrammed angles
Cut blanks move to CNC-controlled forming, where programmed positions and back-gauge control hold bend angles and dimensions consistently. The result is an accurate enclosure form engineered to fit cleanly through assembly and welding.
Programmed angles · Back gauge · RepeatabilityControlled joints
Formed panels, supports, brackets and studs are assembled and joined with controlled laser welding. The process creates precise, durable seams with minimal distortion and finishing, followed by checks for alignment, dimensions, weld quality and construction.
Controlled joints · Low distortion · InspectionCataloy paste
Welded edges, joints and surface irregularities are refined with Cataloy paste where required. METAPHASE chemical treatment then prepares the metal for strong powder adhesion, consistent protection and a smooth professional finish.

Powder is electrostatically applied to the prepared metal for even, controlled coverage. A considered range of colours, textures and coating systems - including additional corrosion-resistant protection - is selected to suit the product and its environment.
Polyester · Epoxy-polyester · Custom finishApprox. 180°C
The coated enclosure is cured at approximately 180°C for around ten minutes. Under controlled heat, the powder melts, flows and forms a durable continuous finish before the product is cooled for final assembly.

Mechanical and electrical components are fitted to the cooled enclosure according to specification. Mounting plates, DIN rails, wiring, cable management, hinges, locks, gaskets, gland plates and hardware come together as a complete working product.
Mechanical · Electrical · Product-specificDimensions
Before release, every enclosure is checked for dimensional accuracy, coating quality, surface finish, door alignment, locking operation, installed accessories, wiring, fasteners and overall workmanship. Only approved products proceed to dispatch.
Dimensions · Finish · FunctionClean
The finished enclosure is cleaned, protected and carefully packed to prevent scratches or handling damage. With final approval recorded, it is prepared for safe delivery to the customer.

Displayed colours are indicative screen equivalents. Final colour approval should be made against a physical RAL sample because coating texture, gloss, substrate and lighting affect appearance.
